Hermes review by Louise Clark

I normally have an excellent Hermes delivery man, who I can't complain about at all. At the moment I am waiting for panels that should have been delivered on Saturday or Monday. They are still not here. The tracking system isn't updated regularly enough. I have been in touch with Next who I ordered from and they are no help what so ever. I am totally in the dark about what is going on. If a a pacel from Italy can get here in 3 days. Hermes have no hope.

  • Terrible service. Firstly said delivery would definitely be made on allotted day. No update that it would be late. The said attempted delivery was made a day late. Have cameras at our business and we were there. No attempt made to deliver. Sending items back as they are too late.

  • I was waiting for my shipment on May 15th... But it's gone. I have cameras in my house and no one has delivered anything.

  • Dreadful. Says attempted today. Been here all day no attempt. No notifications nothing. Says will attempt again but doesn't say when! And like all great customer service you can't contact them to ask!
