I placed an order with a textile company on 6th Nov they said whistl was the carrier so I kept checking their website parcel tracking seemed to stop on 10th called them up to discover it was Hermes that was delivering so went on their tracking with my code only to discover it said package had been signed for and delivered at 2 15 on 10th my son who is working at home and myself were in the house it is a main door so we would see anyone coming in our gate there was no note through letterbox so it must have been a ghost that signed for it, I even went to my neighbours in case they had got it but no joy terrible company would not recommend.

Awful. Says 'the parcel was handed to directly to customer' Complete lie, and no parcel delivered.

A TERRIBLE SERVICE - No way to contact them and claims that they 'attempted to deliver' with no card or picture when I waited in for the delivery - so clearly NOT TRUE. Also claims that the parcel was 'refused'. Absolutely Awful - DO NOT USE!

So this company delivered an item incorrectly, now want my payment card details and a $46 monthly payment to locate it. Scam company, the worst I've ever come across

Absolutely awful! Been saying my parcel is being delivered 4 days now but keeps going back to different depots yet tracking says on its way! Fake contact numbers for customer service on their own webpages too so can’t call/email them! Cant cancel the order! Rubbish! Give it up Hermes your the WORST!
