Hermes have had my next day delivery parcel for 5 days. The status on the website/App hasn’t changed in that time. I’ve managed to raise a complaint through the applying automated system, but have had not update for over 36 hours. It is impossible to speak to anyone at Hermes, and there automated telephone system does not recognised the tracking number they provided. By far the worst customer service I have ever come across. WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM NO STARS if the website would have let me

A TERRIBLE SERVICE - No way to contact them and claims that they 'attempted to deliver' with no card or picture when I waited in for the delivery - so clearly NOT TRUE. Also claims that the parcel was 'refused'. Absolutely Awful - DO NOT USE!

So this company delivered an item incorrectly, now want my payment card details and a $46 monthly payment to locate it. Scam company, the worst I've ever come across

Absolutely awful! Been saying my parcel is being delivered 4 days now but keeps going back to different depots yet tracking says on its way! Fake contact numbers for customer service on their own webpages too so can’t call/email them! Cant cancel the order! Rubbish! Give it up Hermes your the WORST!
