If I felt that this sham of a company would act upon the content of reviews then I would be happy to write a book on just how bad they are. In all honesty though they don’t give a ***** and are happy to continue trading no matter what people say. Customer service is non existent or responsive, tracking inaccurate the list could go on. I always get that sinking feeling when I see the Hermes name as the delivery company. It’s almost a foregone conclusion that even if the parcel arrives in one piece there will me many other factors that will cause frustration and anger. The worst company ever

  • Absolutely awful! Been saying my parcel is being delivered 4 days now but keeps going back to different depots yet tracking says on its way! Fake contact numbers for customer service on their own webpages too so can’t call/email them! Cant cancel the order! Rubbish! Give it up Hermes your the WORST!

  • Smiley, kind, nice person delivered my item into my hand at the door BUT 9 DAYS LATE fed up with Amaz*n using 3rd party delivery and blaming them instead of keeping to what you pay extra for.

  • The parcel was put through the neighborhood window Luckily they gave it. Should have been delivered to the main door. Disappointed. But delivered on time.

  • Only just read these reviews and totally agree. They say my parcel was delivered but it was not and it will take them 24hrs to respond. Other couriers will respond immediately. I will never knowingly order from someone who uses this service again.
