Absolutely terrible. Receive parcels but takes days to deliver is at depot but hold on forever. Simple delivery only 20 miles away and from Amazon. Wish I'd ordered other item that was not Hermes. This is not first time this has happened. You need to have a review Hermes on your staff.

A TERRIBLE SERVICE - No way to contact them and claims that they 'attempted to deliver' with no card or picture when I waited in for the delivery - so clearly NOT TRUE. Also claims that the parcel was 'refused'. Absolutely Awful - DO NOT USE!

Absolutely awful! Been saying my parcel is being delivered 4 days now but keeps going back to different depots yet tracking says on its way! Fake contact numbers for customer service on their own webpages too so can’t call/email them! Cant cancel the order! Rubbish! Give it up Hermes your the WORST!
