My parcel was delivered 2 days ago but I didn't know this because I had no email and I had no note left through the door. I had just contacted the seller when it occurred to me to look inside my bins. The parcels would behind one and had been there for a couple of days apparently. It's not somewhere I go and less I have a specific reason. A note who could at least have been left to tell me it was there. There are problems every time Hermes delivers. In future I think I will check with the seller who they use as the delivery company, because Hermes is the worst I've ever come across.

A TERRIBLE SERVICE - No way to contact them and claims that they 'attempted to deliver' with no card or picture when I waited in for the delivery - so clearly NOT TRUE. Also claims that the parcel was 'refused'. Absolutely Awful - DO NOT USE!

Absolutely awful! Been saying my parcel is being delivered 4 days now but keeps going back to different depots yet tracking says on its way! Fake contact numbers for customer service on their own webpages too so can’t call/email them! Cant cancel the order! Rubbish! Give it up Hermes your the WORST!
