I didn't think hermes/ Evri could get any worse but I have been proven wrong!!!! My order should have been with me by 8pm yesterday and yet on amazon it said the item was at the, carrier facility, all day. I received a message just after 8 saying delivery between 24th and 27th, no information as to why they were being so rude and uncooperative. I will now only order from amazon if they are doing the delivery because they atleast keep customers updated. Changing a name doesn't make any difference!!!! One star only because I wanted to post this comment.

A TERRIBLE SERVICE - No way to contact them and claims that they 'attempted to deliver' with no card or picture when I waited in for the delivery - so clearly NOT TRUE. Also claims that the parcel was 'refused'. Absolutely Awful - DO NOT USE!

Absolutely awful! Been saying my parcel is being delivered 4 days now but keeps going back to different depots yet tracking says on its way! Fake contact numbers for customer service on their own webpages too so can’t call/email them! Cant cancel the order! Rubbish! Give it up Hermes your the WORST!
