Like others have mentioned in their reviews, my heart also sank when I learned that the company I'd purchased from uses Hermes/Evri as couriers. Based on previous experience I was certain that something was going to go wrong. And I've been proven correct. Despite having had updates from Amazon to tell me that my items have been despatched, the Hermes tracker is still insisting that they're "looking forward to receiving your parcel", which I take to mean that Hermes haven't yet collected my package, but Amazon think that they have. I know who my money is on to be correct! If I'd have known before ordering that Hermes was going to be involved in this delivery, then I would have chosen to buy from a company who did not use Hermes!

A TERRIBLE SERVICE - No way to contact them and claims that they 'attempted to deliver' with no card or picture when I waited in for the delivery - so clearly NOT TRUE. Also claims that the parcel was 'refused'. Absolutely Awful - DO NOT USE!

Absolutely awful! Been saying my parcel is being delivered 4 days now but keeps going back to different depots yet tracking says on its way! Fake contact numbers for customer service on their own webpages too so can’t call/email them! Cant cancel the order! Rubbish! Give it up Hermes your the WORST!
