I have received many deliveries from Hermes over the years, but the last one, a couple of weeks back was disturbing. The box was damaged but when I pointed this out to the delivery person, he responded aggresively, "So what! You'll have to take that up with your supplier." Ignoring my protestation that the contents might be damaged, he stalked off. I was shocked and really dread that I might have to deal with him again.

A TERRIBLE SERVICE - No way to contact them and claims that they 'attempted to deliver' with no card or picture when I waited in for the delivery - so clearly NOT TRUE. Also claims that the parcel was 'refused'. Absolutely Awful - DO NOT USE!

Absolutely awful! Been saying my parcel is being delivered 4 days now but keeps going back to different depots yet tracking says on its way! Fake contact numbers for customer service on their own webpages too so can’t call/email them! Cant cancel the order! Rubbish! Give it up Hermes your the WORST!
