Worst courrier ever. I have no words to describe their unprofessionalism. They send you updates saying that they have tried to deliver but that you were not in or that there was no safe place to leave the parcel or that there was no access … However, there is always somebody in the house 24/7. No card left, no picture of the premises left. We have cameras all over the house and they have never tried to deliver. Enough!

A TERRIBLE SERVICE - No way to contact them and claims that they 'attempted to deliver' with no card or picture when I waited in for the delivery - so clearly NOT TRUE. Also claims that the parcel was 'refused'. Absolutely Awful - DO NOT USE!

Absolutely awful! Been saying my parcel is being delivered 4 days now but keeps going back to different depots yet tracking says on its way! Fake contact numbers for customer service on their own webpages too so can’t call/email them! Cant cancel the order! Rubbish! Give it up Hermes your the WORST!
