This is another company needs closing down tracking is so late might as well have no tracking waiting for a parcel days know and tracking reads the same as it did 3 days ago company's like this need closing down by trading standards would never zgsin use them even if my life depended on it have made friends and family aware of this company and another just like them we all know who just look at who is a bad delivery company fell like shouting and yodelling about them stay clear be warned in advance

A TERRIBLE SERVICE - No way to contact them and claims that they 'attempted to deliver' with no card or picture when I waited in for the delivery - so clearly NOT TRUE. Also claims that the parcel was 'refused'. Absolutely Awful - DO NOT USE!

Absolutely awful! Been saying my parcel is being delivered 4 days now but keeps going back to different depots yet tracking says on its way! Fake contact numbers for customer service on their own webpages too so can’t call/email them! Cant cancel the order! Rubbish! Give it up Hermes your the WORST!
