Minimal regard for fulfilling deliveries as per schedule. Too many 'missed' deliveries when drivers claim that the customer wasn't at home. If Hermes is not able to manage logistics on this scale, it simply needs to cut back on what it claims it can do. As is apparent from the current 1.31average rating from thousands of reviews, it would appear that something is badly amiss here and that it isn't in Hermes gift to remedy this.

  • Dreadful. Says attempted today. Been here all day no attempt. No notifications nothing. Says will attempt again but doesn't say when! And like all great customer service you can't contact them to ask!

  • We have had Colin doing our deliveries for years .We now have a new driver just as efficient & we have no complaints.

  • Useless as ever, must be the cheapest by far for companies to use them. Would never use if I sent people things. Supposed to be here Weds, now following Monday!!! Absolute joke of a company. Don’t waste your money if you need to send something. Better off spending on petrol and taking it yourself, more chance of it getting there
