Since Hermes has changed it's name to Evri the service has become abominable. I now have two outstanding parcels. One is 10 days overdue and the other is currently 2 days overdue. There are untruths recorded on their tracking system saying they have attempted to deliver, but I know this is untrue as I have a camera on my gate which records everyone coming up to and through it and I am at home all day. They said they would update me with a email by a certain date but it never arrived. I have no clue where either of my parcels are or if they are ever likely to be delivered. It is a complete and utter shambles!

A TERRIBLE SERVICE - No way to contact them and claims that they 'attempted to deliver' with no card or picture when I waited in for the delivery - so clearly NOT TRUE. Also claims that the parcel was 'refused'. Absolutely Awful - DO NOT USE!

Absolutely awful! Been saying my parcel is being delivered 4 days now but keeps going back to different depots yet tracking says on its way! Fake contact numbers for customer service on their own webpages too so can’t call/email them! Cant cancel the order! Rubbish! Give it up Hermes your the WORST!
