Delivery expected yesterday 24/11/22. Received message at 20.56 last evening stating "delivery interrupted as no access to front door or driveway". A down right lie our drive is completely open to access from the road and very wide. Plus the fact we were in the room overlooking our drive and road, no delivery van came anywhere near our house last night! Apparently they are going to attempt to deliver again today before 8pm. We won't hold our breath and will be reporting this lie/excuse to Amazon. It is very detrimental to their reputation!!

A TERRIBLE SERVICE - No way to contact them and claims that they 'attempted to deliver' with no card or picture when I waited in for the delivery - so clearly NOT TRUE. Also claims that the parcel was 'refused'. Absolutely Awful - DO NOT USE!

So this company delivered an item incorrectly, now want my payment card details and a $46 monthly payment to locate it. Scam company, the worst I've ever come across

Absolutely awful! Been saying my parcel is being delivered 4 days now but keeps going back to different depots yet tracking says on its way! Fake contact numbers for customer service on their own webpages too so can’t call/email them! Cant cancel the order! Rubbish! Give it up Hermes your the WORST!
