Missing 55 inch TV had to get replacement missing wallpaper had to get refund missing horse rug x2 missing boots and no doubt there will be more missing itams I have bought this is only over the past 4 weeks carnt even deliver next day package 3 weeks later am asking senders not to use this company and will be takeing this up with ebay as many customers are been left without goods all you get of customers service is sorry get a refund of seller grate when u have bought a signed shirt that has also gone missing do not use this service disgraceful dishonest untrustworthy

A TERRIBLE SERVICE - No way to contact them and claims that they 'attempted to deliver' with no card or picture when I waited in for the delivery - so clearly NOT TRUE. Also claims that the parcel was 'refused'. Absolutely Awful - DO NOT USE!

Absolutely awful! Been saying my parcel is being delivered 4 days now but keeps going back to different depots yet tracking says on its way! Fake contact numbers for customer service on their own webpages too so can’t call/email them! Cant cancel the order! Rubbish! Give it up Hermes your the WORST!
