Your service is really bad I had a relative send me a parcel with my kids xmas presents I what was picked up on the 22nd nov it was last updated on the 3rd dec saying parcel bigger than expected to allow 48hrs its been with you all this time what's going on my kids will have no presents sort this out pls

A TERRIBLE SERVICE - No way to contact them and claims that they 'attempted to deliver' with no card or picture when I waited in for the delivery - so clearly NOT TRUE. Also claims that the parcel was 'refused'. Absolutely Awful - DO NOT USE!

So this company delivered an item incorrectly, now want my payment card details and a $46 monthly payment to locate it. Scam company, the worst I've ever come across

Absolutely awful! Been saying my parcel is being delivered 4 days now but keeps going back to different depots yet tracking says on its way! Fake contact numbers for customer service on their own webpages too so can’t call/email them! Cant cancel the order! Rubbish! Give it up Hermes your the WORST!
