I'm absolutely disgusted. My package was supposed to be delivered on the 17th. I paid extra for a fast delivery. On the 19th they said someone attempted the delivery which didn't happen, then hermes say they didn't receive my parcel, now they're saying they couldn't deliver yesterday due to bad weather in the area. We had no bad weather at all yesterday or today or the previous week. We didn't even get any snow here during the cold snap we've just had. I will be disputing this. This was supposed to be a birthday present for my daughter who's birthday has now been and gone.

A TERRIBLE SERVICE - No way to contact them and claims that they 'attempted to deliver' with no card or picture when I waited in for the delivery - so clearly NOT TRUE. Also claims that the parcel was 'refused'. Absolutely Awful - DO NOT USE!

Absolutely awful! Been saying my parcel is being delivered 4 days now but keeps going back to different depots yet tracking says on its way! Fake contact numbers for customer service on their own webpages too so can’t call/email them! Cant cancel the order! Rubbish! Give it up Hermes your the WORST!
