How can you say my parcel would arrive before 8pm on the 22nd then it completely disappeared. Then I get a 'we are sorry we are running late your parcel should be with you between the 23rd - 27th. Did the parcel have a breakdown in the van and had to back to your sorting office for therapy?? You got my parcel on the 6th of December. This company is an utter disgrace.You lie through your teeth and tracking. Another Christmas disaster by hermes.Disgusting service !!

A TERRIBLE SERVICE - No way to contact them and claims that they 'attempted to deliver' with no card or picture when I waited in for the delivery - so clearly NOT TRUE. Also claims that the parcel was 'refused'. Absolutely Awful - DO NOT USE!

So this company delivered an item incorrectly, now want my payment card details and a $46 monthly payment to locate it. Scam company, the worst I've ever come across

Absolutely awful! Been saying my parcel is being delivered 4 days now but keeps going back to different depots yet tracking says on its way! Fake contact numbers for customer service on their own webpages too so can’t call/email them! Cant cancel the order! Rubbish! Give it up Hermes your the WORST!
