Hermes review by Oliver Ringrose

My package is now 2 days overdue and all it says is that it was too big for the carrier and that they are making arrangements. What I've ordered isn't that big at all. It's ordered from amazon but the only update they provide amazon is that the delivery is on hold. This is a prime delivery product that should have arrived next day. Hermes and Evri are useless in comparison to companies like DPD

  • Smiley, kind, nice person delivered my item into my hand at the door BUT 9 DAYS LATE fed up with Amaz*n using 3rd party delivery and blaming them instead of keeping to what you pay extra for.

  • The parcel was put through the neighborhood window Luckily they gave it. Should have been delivered to the main door. Disappointed. But delivered on time.

  • Only just read these reviews and totally agree. They say my parcel was delivered but it was not and it will take them 24hrs to respond. Other couriers will respond immediately. I will never knowingly order from someone who uses this service again.

  • Dont bother believing anything that is on their tracking update as quite clearly its fantasy. Waited for a parcel which was "out for delivery" "delivered" "held up" "delivery out for today" "delivery out for next working day" etc etc. Eventually the seller resent by DPD and it arrived perfectly next day. Eventually a week later the parcel was delivered even though it had been recalled by the seller. It was also left outside in the rain in a cardboard box - no one knocked on the door just dropped it and scarpered - probably realised I was going to refuse the parcel - such poor service - I never order from any seller who uses Evri/Hermes - not worth the hassle
