No notification that a delivery would be taking place. No email or SMS. Only found out delivery had been attempted when I searched up the tracking information on the website. 3rd day the delivery was attempted, I managed to check the tracking information first thing in the morning, which told me a delivery would be attempted between 11:30 and 12:30. This was only added to the tracking system at 10:08, so had to rush home to get there in time. Managed to get home at 11:25, to find the tracking information had updated, and said final delivery was attempted at 11:20, which was earlier than expected. No cards or slips posted through the door on any of the deliveries. Item ordered was custom/personalised, so been struggling to get it back ever since.

A TERRIBLE SERVICE - No way to contact them and claims that they 'attempted to deliver' with no card or picture when I waited in for the delivery - so clearly NOT TRUE. Also claims that the parcel was 'refused'. Absolutely Awful - DO NOT USE!

Absolutely awful! Been saying my parcel is being delivered 4 days now but keeps going back to different depots yet tracking says on its way! Fake contact numbers for customer service on their own webpages too so can’t call/email them! Cant cancel the order! Rubbish! Give it up Hermes your the WORST!
