Worst delivery system I’ve ever come across in my entire life. They be lost at least 3 parcels adressed to my attention over the years. Opened a case that never got resolved months after months. It’s probably still open. From 4 years ago. Lately got my latest parcel left at the gate in the street with a picture but supposed to be on its way. So don’t know if this is ever going to be at my door. Another £20 lost maybe. Total so far with previous loss around £70. Thank you Hermès, Evri or whatever your next name will be. Evri delivery they mess up…….. That’s a good tagline for you guys.

A TERRIBLE SERVICE - No way to contact them and claims that they 'attempted to deliver' with no card or picture when I waited in for the delivery - so clearly NOT TRUE. Also claims that the parcel was 'refused'. Absolutely Awful - DO NOT USE!

Absolutely awful! Been saying my parcel is being delivered 4 days now but keeps going back to different depots yet tracking says on its way! Fake contact numbers for customer service on their own webpages too so can’t call/email them! Cant cancel the order! Rubbish! Give it up Hermes your the WORST!
