The parcel was supposed to arrive today from 7-9 p.m. and before 7 p.m. the courier left a message saying that he didn't want to come to me and deliver my parcel.

Awful. Says 'the parcel was handed to directly to customer' Complete lie, and no parcel delivered.

A TERRIBLE SERVICE - No way to contact them and claims that they 'attempted to deliver' with no card or picture when I waited in for the delivery - so clearly NOT TRUE. Also claims that the parcel was 'refused'. Absolutely Awful - DO NOT USE!

Absolutely awful! Been saying my parcel is being delivered 4 days now but keeps going back to different depots yet tracking says on its way! Fake contact numbers for customer service on their own webpages too so can’t call/email them! Cant cancel the order! Rubbish! Give it up Hermes your the WORST!
