I have not received the parcel that supposedly was delivered 6 days ago. There is no evidence that it has been delivered either, other than saying that it was. Seems lots of parcels with this service to actually not get delivered. Disappointed. Where do these parcels end up? Is someon just dumping them or stealing them?

A TERRIBLE SERVICE - No way to contact them and claims that they 'attempted to deliver' with no card or picture when I waited in for the delivery - so clearly NOT TRUE. Also claims that the parcel was 'refused'. Absolutely Awful - DO NOT USE!

Absolutely awful! Been saying my parcel is being delivered 4 days now but keeps going back to different depots yet tracking says on its way! Fake contact numbers for customer service on their own webpages too so can’t call/email them! Cant cancel the order! Rubbish! Give it up Hermes your the WORST!
