I haven’t received my item yet. The delivery date was 05/04/2024. Today is 08/04/2024 till now I haven’t got. Pathetic service.

I have not got my package coz we were not home . Amazon had instructions to leave my packages even if I am not home!!! Any chance I can have my package today please . I never had problems with Amazon !!!! Hermes is terrible!!! 0 stars

The worst delivery service ever. I have ordered a duvet from Amazon on 27 of March with two day delivery and still waiting. Each time I track I get different results- from invalid tracking number, to package in transit or package lost. Which one is it? They can't make up their bloody mind. This company has no integrity and no pride in their customer service. Shocking behaviour and service!

Said they tried to deliver yesterday I was in all day & have a ring doorbell no body rang the bell

Hermes claim to have tried to deliver an item today. This is untrue since I have been at home. Not sure why Amazon use this terrible company. Thankfully Amazon issued a refund. Previous deliveries by Hermes/Evri on behalf of other sellers have met the same fate. Not sure how they remain in business. Would give less than one star if possible

Very very bad delivery service waiting weeks for parcel and still not received

Absolutely awful - stated that item was out for delivery to arrive between 23-26 March it’s now 2 April - no update other than they are running late!!!???

This company is the worst an item that should have been here in 3 to 4 days I’m still waiting 10 days and all I get is still in transit even after see a tracker saying out for delivery days ago sat in until 9pm

Not even worth 1 star , yet again lost another parcel.
