Package lost for twee weeks, no updates

Can't get in touch with sellers.. been waiting 3 weeks now!! It even says lost in post

No notification is send to customers when they are out for delivery. Have no idea what happened to the parcel

Try ringing the doorbell!!! Honestly this company are atrocious with deliveries. I've been in all day and package still not delivered. I honestly think the drivers don't actually look at the address

I have never come across a more incompetent company in all the years I have had parcels delivered, I agree with many others and you should shut down and let another company take over who are more efficient.

This has got to be the most horrible company ever. If you all don’t know how to run a business, why not just shut it. I’ve had my order pending for days saying delivery was attempted and different lies from the courier when in fact nothing was attempted. They even lied that I couldn’t receive the order because I wasn’t available. This has to be my worse experience with delivery companies.

They left my parcel on the landing, I was not notified about the delivery. In their email that arrived 12hrs later, they said I signed for it but no one was at home and I wasn’t informed of the delivery.

Thrown over the gate AGAIN, no bell rung, could have ran over them on entering. This is very poor, I watched him last time.
