This is the 2nd time they have not delivered my parcel and left me fighting to get a refund from the seller. EBay are taking up my case for me. This is by far the worst delivery company ever.

So so bad. This company said I had refused my delivery. I was not in at the time of delivery so I was unable to refuse this item . I've tried to track it down but its impossible. Putting in my tracking number I got pics of other persons items . Unbelievable service . No care .no bother. No scruples. Very bad

How could you deliver item at 9.20 p.m? Very disappointed

This is the worst delivery company and they steal parcels and do not deliver goods on time. I do not recommend sending goods to this company.

They apparently picked up my parcel on the 6th March and it was due for delivery on the 8th, they put a message on saying sorry it’s been delayed but it’s on the way, today is the 15th and still no parcel and still the same message, useless

This company deserves to go out of business. They freely admit it took them a week to send my parcel to the wrong depot, but no interest in sorting the problem. After two weeks now no further news.

Just the worst delivery company ever. Every single package that gets sent to me via hermes gets "delivered" i just have no idea where they get delivered to because i never get them.

Most awful parcel delivery company in UK. Even Hermes website is full of advertisement and very complicated , hope Amazon stop using this company for delivering people’s goods to avoid losing customers . Very poor service and customer service

11 days late as they damaged the package 1st time. Arrived today and just left on front door step facing street along with another package. Not in secure place as stated. Terrible company

Box all damaged and my gift scratched on side were box was damaged

I was supposed to receive my parcel on the 12th. was delayed twice in one day, and eventually, they just gave up and rescheduled. Maybe I will get it today, but I doubt it.

Yet another Hermes parcel doesn’t arrive, how does this company even exist
