Got message about a possible parcel but don't know if real or is it a scam ?

States handed to resident. No one was home. I’m sure the dogs didn’t accept it.

Furious-ordered a mother's day gift- still waiting! Should have arrived Thursday. Still waiting.

I was due a delivery march 6th that a friend had ordered me, yet I have not recieved it and on this site there is nothing stating been delivered but on amazon saying it has been delivered. No note through my door to say left with a neigh neighbour nor on amazon

Just shocking. Said attempted delivery on days I was home. Only twice and now status is showing that it's in their parcel hub for sorting and will be on the way to me. Still not had package! I wish companies would stop using this firm to deliver goods!

Do not use this company. Unreliable, late, broken delivery promises. Worst delivery company on the planet

Worst delivery company on the planet! Suggest suppliers use any other company. Evri/Hermes are totally unreliable. Will now not use any company that uses Evri

Parcel was mard as left in safe place. It most certainly wasn't delivered to me. I was waiting for it. I approached the driver and they drove off. I have CCTV evidence of this. Nice try though

Their message on Wednesday 6th March was “carrier picked up your parcel “ it’s now Sunday 10th March and still no parcel just a message saying “on the running late “ not much use when you’re waiting for something, pretty rubbish

Packaging badly damaged and thrown into recycle bin and no knock on the door

Tracking info says package should have arrived 4 days ago. No update no explanation. I’d never use this company.

Have ordered a gift from my to boys to there mummy for mother's day. It said it was out for delivery which was Thursday and mother's day is Sunday that was np but now it's not being delivered to Tuesday 2 days after mother's day. These have to be the worst delivery company ever.

I don't appreciate the lies saying you attempted my delivery yesterday but my driveway was blocked I don't have a driveway and when I put number in your site it says it ain't even with you yet don't know what kind of service this is

Says on Amazon my parcel was delivered but I never got a card or anything to say when they will try to redeliever
