Disappointed. Ordered an Item via eBAy, received an email to say it was delivered today at 1214. NO Parcel in my porch or letterbox, despite what the email stated. Just tried asking Hermes/Evri about this, but they do not recognise my postcode !!!!!

Apparently attempting delivery but no card left, nothing, on tracking says between 8 and 13 pm, no contact nr. to contact them

Not happy sayin I've got my parcel and haven't received it

Amazon said: Delivery attempted today at 6:54 PM B0CL5XLWWN Unfortunately, Hermes ran into an issue when attempting your delivery. They will try again. But there wasn’t anyone

I was at home all day. No call, no card, nothing. In Amazon I had notification they tried to deliver but nobody was there. 3 days. Funny.

The worst company ever.

Rubbish! Waited in all day and paid for next day delivery. Nothing.

Tracking shows I would be updated but wasn’t. Apparently, delivery was attempted today but no card left and not reflect in tracking. I signed up for updates / didn’t get anything. In the Amazon website is says that delivery was attempted today / no sign of this on Hermes tracking as of 18:51- no card - nothing: H02JIA0000298066

The worst courier company are never on time

I was in garden with my 6 month old baby, and drive just threw a parcel over the fence, 10cm away from my baby…..Still need to check if item is working now

I di not like this new company and have lost information re parcels

Horrible job- by tracking number- delivered to neighbour- which? Didn’t left any note

Have order a number of items from Amazon over the past year and on each occasion delivery has been delayed by several days or “lost” in depot! Worst delivery company I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with!

Poor service, 2parts of the same package arrived on different days!! Not delivered to my flat, left in the foyer for anyone to steal

I waited in all day and it didn't turn up
