Waited in 3 days now for my delivery.they said my address was incorrect… they had the wrong postcode gor me… I emailed them the correct one …STILL Waiting!!!!!

Only giving one star because I can't leave a zero rating. They really are incompetent muppets. Even changing their name to Evri hasn't improved their pathetic service....

Terrible! Saying my parcel was left in my porch ? Nowhere to be seen my son watched the driver leave as I ran to the front door and she couldn’t get away quickly enough I’m absolutely furious.

"Delivery attempted" clearly didnt attempt to even get out the car/van! Ive been in all day waiting. Absolute Donkeys!

Never had a parcel on time. I get a date and then a message saying they attempted delivery which the DEFINITELY DID NOT and then parcel takes another few days to arrive

I ordered few things from Amazon seller who use this delivery service to deliver my items. I left instructions to call my flat And not to leave my parcel at the block entrance. I waited from 9am- 10pm for the delivery but it never arrived. So I believed it must of been delayed, Only to check the Amazon app and to see it says delivered and handed directly to customer! WTF? I ring bell camera on my door theres proof there was no delivery made. This is B…S… of a company and their delivery service. If I ever see this company name as the delivery provider I’m cancelling the orders, cause this ain’t the first time i been robbed by this company’s delivery employees

Apparently you've delivered a parcel " left with a neighbour" Really would be good to know which neighbour, this is the 2nd time this has happened. I need my delivery and don't know where to go knocking....How stupid!!

Second time that a parcel it's supposed to be delivered byEvri(former Hermes)and guess what?Parcel not delivered,if you want to contact customer service by phone they will charge you 7p per minute,the worst delivery company encountered so far, businesses should avoid using them as couriers

Absolutely discussed with service. Supposed to be 2 day delivery heard nothing till to day tracking pointless as no information. Will be refusing delivery if it ever arrives

Terrible company been waiting over a week when most companies can deliver within 2 days on day of delivery get email stating tried to deliver no one home unfortunately for this lying company there was 3 adults in on this day plus a ring door bell and 2 outside cameras none of which picked up this so called delivery.Dont bother trying to complain 2mins after receiving email stating unable to deliver because you have as much chance of speaking to a real person than I have of sprouting wings.What I can't understand is why trust pilot says great feedback when all the feedback I have read is negative.If I could give a minus star rating I would

I've been waiting in all day for a delivery of a patio set. It says that they trued to deliver it at 4.50. Do they not see the lights on. About as useful as a chocolate teapot!!!
