Terrible company. Had several identical issues now and I concisely avoid any purchases that involve Hermes. They are a disgrace to the name. Saying that, in addition to being the god of trade and other things, he was also the god of mischief and trickery. A well apt name. They are still convinced I have a porch and they leave my parcels in there, I stay in flats and have twice before tried to explain this to them. Somewhere there is a pile of unopened parcels in a porch

I have never had a problem with Hermes or evri the drivers have always been polite.

Check tracking and still in sorting office parcel was supposed to be delivered 13th or 14th February that isn't happening today. It's getting terrible service just lately

They said they attempted to deliver my package. They didn't even come close to my address. Why is amazon using them????

Well in all day no delivery by 14 February loss a day pay thanks service is going down hill

Orderd paint off amazon.. hermes delivered it and the lid was split and the paint was everywhere! All in the box all over my floor as soon as I opened it! Thanks! Hermes!

Tracking is abysmal does not give enough information just says in transit . Not good enough. Must do better Evri/Hermes whatever you want to call yourselves!

The driver picked my parcel up on the 5th of February and still not been delivered it’s absolutely appalling service, don’t know how Amazon can use this service!!

It is a shop, open all day..so how 3 attempts were unsuccessful???

I don’t understand why Amazon is using this delivery service . I’ve got special a day off to get the parcel and nothing. Why this service still exists??

So i cancel my plans to be at home at the time of delivery,to recive a bloody message that i was not home,when they did not even ring the bell,that's why there's a doorbell there,to use it,is this a joke

My delivery driver is fantastic

I received a message telling me my parcel had been delivered but not where it had been delivered, I.e. to my neighbour. You emailed this info 8 hours later but still didn't tell me which neighbour had my parcel. I thought someone had stolen the parcel therefore from my doorstep. Would it have been too much trouble to put a card through my letterbox saying where it was?

I don't understand how this kind of service company is still working. It is a rubish
