Apparently you've delivered a parcel " left with a neighbour" Really would be good to know which neighbour, this is the 2nd time this has happened. I need my delivery and don't know where to go knocking....How stupid!!

Second time that a parcel it's supposed to be delivered byEvri(former Hermes)and guess what?Parcel not delivered,if you want to contact customer service by phone they will charge you 7p per minute,the worst delivery company encountered so far, businesses should avoid using them as couriers

Absolutely discussed with service. Supposed to be 2 day delivery heard nothing till to day tracking pointless as no information. Will be refusing delivery if it ever arrives

Terrible company been waiting over a week when most companies can deliver within 2 days on day of delivery get email stating tried to deliver no one home unfortunately for this lying company there was 3 adults in on this day plus a ring door bell and 2 outside cameras none of which picked up this so called delivery.Dont bother trying to complain 2mins after receiving email stating unable to deliver because you have as much chance of speaking to a real person than I have of sprouting wings.What I can't understand is why trust pilot says great feedback when all the feedback I have read is negative.If I could give a minus star rating I would

I've been waiting in all day for a delivery of a patio set. It says that they trued to deliver it at 4.50. Do they not see the lights on. About as useful as a chocolate teapot!!!

Absolutely atrocious service, delayed/lost several times reulting in 4 day delivery becoming 14 days, and just to compound the shocking service, delivered to wrong address, and left ne to find where it had been delivered to

Totally incompetent, even to get a parcel to my actual door! Yet every other carrier has no problem doing so whatsoever. If in doubt, send with a reliable courier service.

Hermes/Evri Never deliver on time I'm a bus driver and instead of the Evri drivers coming 2 miles up the track I live they either give the parcel to one of my colleagues or I get a notification saying can't deliver today as can't access the property when my wife is home all the time unless I take her out. If I was sending a parcel I would not use Evri as they are useless this happens on a regular basis so avoid Evri.

Not happy with your delivery driver. As he couldn't walk 6 feet to ring my door bell. Left the package in full view of anybody passing.

They said they delivered my package and it signed by me but I received nothing

Been processed at the hub since last Tuesday was supposed to be here latest Thursday its now Friday and still no sign of it.
