I been home all day I haven’t heard a knock at the door I hope it comes tomorrow because I need that package as soon as possible

Where's my item, it says "delivered" but I don't have it. I wasted my time waiting almost all day

The tracking says delivered, but no thing delivered in my home. What's going on here

Been home all day. Tracking states, delivered. However, there has been no attempt and I do not have my package! Bit of a joke really.

Got an email saying parcel been delivered .... no parcel when I got home ... no parcel at neighbours house... Where's my parcel ? Total rubbish service ....

I used to think it was a good company for the last 2 or so yrs as we had a great lady delivered all my package,s. But now no we have some guy delivering my parcels. Seemingly she got sacked because she took sick day off. Shame on hermes . Now I give them one star.

Tracking shows parcel in transit for the last 20 days,no update….how the hell are these people not embarrassed by their performance

Another great non delivery by this famous no shows! Said attempted delivery which is fabricated due to ring doorbell no footage…..

Driver need to check their eyes before they do their job properly. I mentioned 20 on my address but he delivered on flat 27. Bad service from day one.

Parcel been lost

Put sticker on my door to deliver to a neighbour. They say it's been delivered.with a picture of my parcel on my doorstep.i go look and it's gone not happy
