Delivery was supposed to have been 13th of month , did not arrive , checked status of Hermes delivery then showing 24th , fortunately I was able to cancel order with original seller as my order was stuck at a depot with movement of any update,

Lost my parcel. The track number I got if I check the delivery it’s not my item and we never saw anything like that at our house. So dissapointed.

Ideal to leave a card to say where a parcel has been left had to route around to look for it thankfully it was actually here I suppose!

Somewhere there is a van with thousands of lost parcels in it. Maybe they'll turn up one day, but I highly doubt it. This is a replacement item that the seller had to send me to replace the one that got lost back in November and this one is also lost in transit

Utterly Useless. Parcel lost somewhere between Suffolk and North Carolina. Tracking says "Cleansed Parent". No idea what it means and no one at EVRI can be bothered to get back to me. Maybe theres something in the phrase "they are callrd EVRI because the cock up EVRI time. !

Hermes sent a note had trouble delivering the parcel at 6.45pm - checked ring doorbell seems someone walked up my garden path at 10.15 pm checked the box where my mail is kept the proceeded to walk away taking my parcel with them - not sure what trouble they had - was it the face the delivery driver was stupid and couldn’t put the parcel down also his managers should be concerned that he lied on paper work and can not actually tell the correct time

Terrible! Delivered my parcel to a completely different address without informing me of which address!

Absolutely useless no star

Waited in all day for delivery. However, received an email saying courier couldnt deliver as I wasn't in and no safe place. Both untrue.

Very disappointed parcel was supposed to be delivered Thursday then got updated to there has been a delay and will be delivered Friday, 3 days I have had to wait indoors and all a no show. No communication and I have to chase my parcel. As if Christmas isn't stressful enough. Luckily it isn't a Christmas present or I would be stressing .

They said they tried to deliver package but for some reason they couldn't. I have absolutely no idea when it will be delivered or what the reason was for it not to be delivered first time. They say they may re-deliver it . (May) I'm hoping more like they will. Shocking service
