said our for transit, now it’s not available till Wednesday, makes no sense and unsure where my parcel even is.

Stated ran into a problem could not deliver, the problem is you bother to try and deliver. Really don't know why companies use this inept company. Really should be zero stars.

Awful delivery service, they state there is nobody at home and with that they don't even bother to deliver any item but the delivery charge is way expensive. A total waste of time and money. Absolutely not recommend this service.

The parcel doesn't arrive on time and the snow as gone so still not received my parcel won't order though here again

Parcel not delivered.

Item delivered was said to be in “Safe Place”. No card and was slotted down the side of 2 bins! What would have happened if I had not advised recipient to check? Not happy at how delivery was handled. A card to say where it was put would have been a better experience than no card at all.

Said tried to deliver lie lie lie in all day waiting have video doorbell and 3 dogs not a sound all day

Have one star as zero not an option. Item says delivered 03.12 but tracking shows it couldn't be delivered. Absolutely useless as now the eBay seller is saying it's delivered and will not even discuss. I wish people would stop using Hermes as I have never had a good experience with them ever. Goods lost/damaged on almost every occasion.
