Last year my River Island was stolen from here!! Was just usually left on doorstep or under my car!! Luckily now have an Asian lady who actually knocks and delivers properly.

Says item delivered and it wasn't received

Awful , it says it was delivered around 2ish this afternoon and still nowhere to be seen

Saying delivered at 12,49 but I have not received my delivery

Absolutely rubbish,meant to be here 1-2nd of December.now saying running late and expected 3rd-6th!?!? Disgusting, I ordered it as 1st-2nd delivery not 3rd-6th as I wouldn't of purchased.service is appalling and would of rated 0 stats but dosent give that option!!! Worst delivery company ever

No stars ! Yet again I have a parcel that’s saying delivered and it’s not here so it’s not actually delivered is it ,this is a Christmas gift to my daughter we’re is my parcel??

They said they delivered my parcel to my neighbour but they haven't said what neighbour or what. Number

Extremely bad service, how can there be no parking space all the time, placed my order on the 26th and up till now it did not get delivered.no updates from Amazon now from hermes. Total waste of time, we can't just keep waiting around hoping it will get delivered. Amazon needs to look in to this matter as I see so much complaints with the same problem. Rather use a company who can deliver on time and keep the customer updated

Absolutely shocking. I was waiting for an update on my phone. Nothing. Then suddenly it was delivered. I went and looked for it and it was not anywhere around. I checked the website and a photo showed the house where it was delivered. Not my house. So I have no idea where it is. Not a good experience.

Terrible service "we'll attempt to deliver today 14:30-16:30. Now 19:05 and no show been home all day and hermes site total rubbish for info
