Package has been in transit since 21/11. This is ridiculous! Is it gonna get lost as my Christmas package 2 years ago?!

I'm not satisfied with it, it was supposed to arrive from 22.11 to 23.11 and the US is 30.11 and I didn't receive anything

Just had an "attempted" delivery of a package saying they couldn't access the driveway. There is nothing to access. You just walk to the door. I had 5 deliveries from Amazon the same day. What is wrong with Hermes?

If I could leave a no star I would, I have been waiting 4 weeks for Christmas lights to be delivered and can’t get any communication apart from an automated robot what a complete joke !

According to the following up tracking details the Parcel been delivered on 26/11 between 13:30 and 14:30 . But where? Which Safe place? I don't received the parcel at all . Nor my neighbours. Such a bad rep delivery company. Idk why is people still choosing it when they selling something on eBay. Previous parcel delivered by James with no issues, being left a photo for proof. Even the tracking numbers wasn't the same. I'd nobody wast at home why just not left at neighbours ? They said nothing received on Sunday. The package was enough small or slim that could be easily going through the letter box. Just saying.

Never had a problem with Hermes but yesterday was attempted to deliver my item 2 times. 1st was rescheduled. 2nd attempt was delivered to according to eBay "to household" I'm asking which one. I was at work and no one was received the parcel. So where my parcel been delivered to? And should send at least a photo for proof or something evidence of delivery. So idk where is my parcel . I asked neighbours, said they don't received any parcels on Sunday. Will be Contact customer service. Dissatisfied.

I don't know how it's possible, but my parcel didn't arrive... and they say it was delivered to a safe place? Can you explain where you can find this safe place? I see I'm not the only one who's been cheated! I've been home all day...
