Can't believe how bad this company is that's 3 times I've not received my parcel say they were at door evin though I've left notice on the door to say I'm in won't buy anything from anyone who uses this mob iver again

since it changed to Evri, Hermes has become increasingly unreliable leaving goods on the pavement outside the door or in the wheelie bin is just not good enough and must cost the sellers a fortune to replace goods

Considering how you do business, it would be better if you did not exist. Disgusting service.

Ridiculous service……2 weeks post est delivery date & have still not received package! Will no longer buy any products online that will use Hermes as their delivery service.

I've tried for four days to track a parcel with them .put my number in all it keeps saying is in transit that was a whole week ago how long does it take to deliver to UK address. Nightmare

Unreadable don't give you the updates it doesn't tell you where you're package is mean the staff could be theves and no body keeps the customer updates of their order
