No reliable with deliverys

The Guy Who deliver my pacage i told home that i coming Down hw Said i dost have Time And He went a way

I've tried for four days to track a parcel with them .put my number in all it keeps saying is in transit that was a whole week ago how long does it take to deliver to UK address. Nightmare

Unreadable don't give you the updates it doesn't tell you where you're package is mean the staff could be theves and no body keeps the customer updates of their order

Why does it say delivery attempted when I've been in all day liars

Hermes is one of the most useless delivery company you could ever use .just a joke

1.adverts very very annoying 2.my parcel is in transit but where 3.due to be delivered today but when 4.really bad website and up to date information

How many times does one company fail to deliver items!!! Your the reason I got a ring doorbell to prove your the worst company on this planet. I gave you one star was as -5 wasn’t an option

Allegedly tried to deliver but I was in all day plus we have an allocated safe place. Tracking says they'll let me know when it's out for delivery. So something isn't adding up and I don't believe it was attempted. No update on new delivery date either so am now cancelling the purchase.

Terrible service didn't receive my item. Marked as delivered on outside porch but I do not even have a porch. So who knows what house this was left in front strangely enough no photograph tracking info H0067A0243035246

As normal with this company is was in every Delivery day the 2sd one even on my doorstep but apparently they say no one was in! God knows where my package is! Why do companies use then! Never get a good review
