My parcel was ment to come Wednesday 8th says the tried to deliver but they haven’t as haven’t left house then they said was out for delivery on the 9th and still no parcel this is a really bad service

Very bad service, my order was meant to arrive 2 weeks ago but never turned up. Its been in transit for over two weeks. Not good. So many lost parcels.

My parcel should have been delivered on the 7/11/23 said tried to deliver but couldn’t get access can’t see no attempt on cctv said would be delivered next working day now 10/11/23 still no parcel or up date on tracking tracking also said a delay even before attempting delivery and still saying same now got contact with a bot not a person which said it would chase it up but still nothing

My parcel must come on Tuesday November 7th and today is November 9th and still no ways to track my parcel and no costumer service to talk, only a robot, it seams to be smart from them to keep the costumer chasing his parcel with no solutions.

Ordered 2 items 1 of them showing arrived in depot in my city 2 days ago at 02.30 so why hasn't it been delivered other courier services deliver as soon as they receive it the othe havnt got a clue but showing will be delivered by 8pm today tracker service crap no updates tried to contact them they only say it's on its way I think the suppliers should say which courier service they use everi you are still Hermes crap give up the business you are no good at it had to give 1 star carnt give 0 or should be -0
