Friday the 2nd November 2023 Hermes UK was scheduled to deliver my parcel but they decided not show up as I was waiting for it.

The worst company ever. Always late, always...

i haven’t received my order. i dont know any neighbor named katy. you should have taken a photo and leave a notes in our door just to make sure you delivered it in the right place

Not very satisfactory service Tracking more or less Useless as when it gets to delivery depot that's it no information on when to expect delivery One star too generous

Shocked I'm giving this company 5 stars. Thank you for delivering my item and putting it into a safe place (shed)

Orders thrown over back fence in rain storm. Worst courier ever

Unless can't get hold of anyone parcel was sat in where house for 2 weeks then left out in the rain opened up had to get sent back as was so damaged was no good

Liars thieves parcel was due 24th still waiting they have lost it clearly

Says delivered but not here!

Says they have tried 3 attempts to deliver was incorrect tried once today and it’s telling me to contact Hermes but haven’t any details so I am at a loss

This isn't a review as such but it's a reaction to another review that accuses all delivery drivers of being thieves. This just isn't true, I've been lucky enough to never have had a problem with my deliveries from Hermes and I've had a few so the comment regarding all drivers being thieves is absolutely untrue. I understand that there are those that haven't had the same experience as myself but that doesn't mean people can make disparaging comments about a whole workforce.

You say that you have delivered to a neighbour but not stated which one. You may as well not have delivered it. This is a paucity of service beyond compare. Sort it out.
