I don't like using heroes as I alway have a problem with them trying to deliver my parcels

Hermes used to be a reliable courier up until recently. Still waiting a delivery .which should of been delivered yesterday. The 30/9 .only notification I had is its running late

My parcel missed the delivery date no big deal so 3 days later still not delivered via evri so message them they saying they going to look into the matter. After 6 days told me they lost my item and to request a refund soon as I request a refund they put the item as delivered. Was cleanings my drive way the hole day no delivery was attempted. Don't use this company are evri pay a few £ extra for a piece of mind

I don't know what's happen, but never received any order with this company. Its happened twice in one week.

For the second time in under a week, Hermes (aka EvRi) have messed up an Amazon delivery. Last week, it was 'delivered' to an address that wasn't mine - and later found out via a local FB group to have been dumped, with parcels for many other addresses, outside on the pavement a few streets away. Of course, they were all quickly stolen by passers-by. Amazon refunded, thankfully. I was therefore horrified yesterday to find that today's Amazon delivery was also by Hermes, so I changed it to have it delivered to a ParcelShop. Of course, the Hermes & EvRi sites say it's at the depot, but Amazon tracking of Hermes says it went out for deliver earlier today. Which to believe? Can Hermes / EVRi ever get anything right, or are they just an appallingly bad delivery company who never actually delivers anything?

Parcel late. Tracking not updated for four days.

They have has every opportunity to leave it in my parcel box or with my neighbour or over the gate as I asked but no they took it away twice and never returned loosing it forever.

The worst delivery service, the package is not known where. They say it failed to deliver. Maybe you should try it first?! Never use it!

Absolutely Atrocious service why people use them is beyond me the stuff never arrives customer service is diabolical total waste of time need the business investigated corrupt unprofessional

it is impossible to wait for the parcel, it is noted that they tried to deliver it but it did not work. I don't recommend waiting 5 days and not waiting, bad work
