Tracking states delivered yesterday evening (which it wasn’t). Looked on tracking page and states at delivery hub and will be notified when out for delivery. So which is it I wonder? Not impressed with the service

There saying they tried to deliver now got parcel on hold can’t get in touch with anyone to speak to them I was in all day so I know I never missed it been waiting ordered this parcel 18 days ago shocking!!

Absolute rubbish of service

Why do Hermes say they have left in a secure place. Surely the owner would specify what I safe as they live there and know the area. Had several parcels go missing through Hermes. Worst courier service ever and this stops uou purchasing items when you know that they are delivering

Delivery was due on 19th Oct.. message on the 20th saying its been delayed which was a Friday and it will be delivered on the next working day... I'm now on the 25th being a Wednesday and no delivery... I would never use this delivery service.. they don't even have the decency to keep you updated... zero stars

My parcel says delivered. Posted thru my letter box but it isn't here

Awful. No data. No keeping customer informed. Use anyone else - Royal Mail, FedX or UPS.

The driver was too lazy to climb a few steps to ring the doorbell so left the parcel at the bottom

Parcel Delay!!!! Got a delivery stating would arrive Thursday 17 by 8pm. Never arrived. Then updated on Amazon where purchase was made, delayed. HOW!!! Then would arrive between 20-22 which is today. Checked again!YES you bet it isn’t coming!! Why state delivering by 8pm, so precise. And then delayed!!! WTH! Now being delivered upto 24th. Does this company actually know how to run a company!! Clearly not!!

So it's 22/10/23 I'm waiting from 5/10/23 my parcel so now when it will arrive here or who has my parcel loos like Evri..I need answers pls...

Teacking info says at Evri local depot will be delivered by 18th October? It's now 22nd and tracking still not saying out for delivery,what is going on,
