Terrible company ... no updates ... no communication ... no way to contact ... parcels often late or lost ... always feel like crying when I realise it's this company delivering

What delivery company off then all. Inefficient and unreliable in every respect, bordering on criminal The way items are treated, delayed and go missing. There must be some way of getting oversight on this company and they’re dubious practices other than customers continually complaining and getting no satisfaction.

Should have delivered on 20th now 22nd still waiting and I’m away for the week from today

Parcel due Friday now Sunday still waiting I don’t know why you can’t deliver on due date and this is not the first time this happened to me

Hello, I was waiting for a shipment from Amazon that you sent, the courier has noted that it has been delivered, but it is not there. I want the shipment, I have been waiting at home all day, you are so incorrec.

Yet again another parcel not delivered on time. My heart always drops when I find out this company is delivering my goods.

E Bay parcels seem to be a pproblemyou never put the eCP numbers in the address so the shops can log parcels in. Then eBay can can send QR code

Every time I have a parcel sent through Hermes there is always a delay in delivery or something goes missing I thought you would be getting better when you change your name but unfortunately that is all it changed and the service is still below what is exceptible.

I bought a plant from Amazon and despite the “this way up” labels, Hermes decide to place the parcel upside down in the rain.

I need my parcel today so I have order the product with extra cost. delivery was due today but when I went tracking, it's showing delay and allow 24 hours. That's not possible. If not today then never.

Really poor service. Should have been delivered yesterday. they picked it up several days ago but are saying they have not received it.
