Hermes/Evri are the worst couriers out there. They never deliver to our address, our parcels are always marked out for delivery and sure enough later that day they are on hold. Try contacting them... no response to emails ever. And finding a contact number and getting to speak to a person is impossible. I now avoid buying from companies or sellers that use this courier as getting a refund when my parcel is marked on hold is just too much hassle. Avoid.

Excuse my French but Hermes is so sh!t, I am glad they are on the downfall. Any business should stay away from using these idiots as their shipping providers. Said my package was posted through my letter box when there is nothing there. Makes it a problem for both business and buyer. STAY AWAY FROM HERMES!

A very bad company that is not recommended

If I had known this was the carrier when before I placed my order I would not have gone ahead. This company and its partner Evri have failed to deliver to my address on several occasions.

My heart dropped when I saw this was the carrier of choice. Rather collect my parcel on foot in China, then await on delivery from this company.

This service is awful apparently you left my parcel in a safe place I don't have a safe place & you don't even leave a card to say where you left it this company is a joke you should be fined for every package you just leave hanging around

Is shocking how heroes do their delivering. Been 5 days now waiting for my delivery. Just read through my email and saw that it has been delivered to a neighbor. But which of my neighbors?. No clue. How do I get my parcel?
