Absolutely shocking service waited weeks for a delivery of a coat to now av to have a refund !! The coats nowhere to be seen

Said my package was posted through my letter box when there is nothing there. No delivery was even attempted I have a ring doorbell and nobody even showed.

Useless said they tried to make a delivery today at 1.25pm I’ve been in all day I’ve been waiting for this fire guard for days now and you expect me to wait even longer your company is aweful it needs to get its act together

Absolutely shocking and disgusting service. I have been home all day and they attempted to deliver my parcel at 2.18 yet didn't tell me until 5pm. Amazon still saying it will arrive today hermes helpline (not manned) says tomorrow. Truly disappointing and I am not the only one who thinks it by the look of these reviews! Close them down! Utter joke of a company!

I have NOT received my parcel you. It has been a month. Where is it. It's an Avon order. If it's not here within the next week bu will have Avon to investigate.

Useless, can't talk to anyone, excuse changes from day to day, one day they say no one in, next time they say can't find address. 0 star would be more appropriate.

Dumping a parcel on my door step and taking a picture with out even knocking or ringing the door bell is not delivering a Parcel. Lucky I saw on my Ring door bell and went down as the item could not get wet as it would become corrosive but never mind you have a photo. Also says left in my porch which is good as I have lived here for 5 years and didn't know I had one?

THIS IS A LIE, IVE BEEN WORKING FROM HOME AND HAVE BEEN IN ALL DAY WAITING FOR MY PARCEL, TO THEN RECEIVE A MSG SAYING THAT AN ATTEMPT TO DELIVER WAiS MADE!! LOL.
