All delivery to us have been good on time and left where they said it was was never have problem with them yet ??

There’s no entry system in my building. They lied and said couldn’t gain entry to the building.

Delivery date was for today and it’s only just being processed. Terrible, hope to never use this again

They advised they tried to deliver my parcel but they lied. I was working from home all day and no one came to my door. Its not the first time this has happened, service is shocking most of the time. If I can make arrangements to be in for your drivers, then you as a company should try to honour it by turning up on the date agreed. If there was an issue, be truthful, things dont always run smoothly and thats ok, most reasonable people will understand but lying about it rubs me up the wrong way. Hence, why i have written this post. Either give your drivers incentives to deliver on time and tell the truth or get ride of the dead wood.

Today, when tracking the parcels, they write that they were delivered to my door. Phew...same driver, two packages, one at 12:7 pm and the other at 2:15 p.m. Crazy, I'm home and there are no packages. !!!! Fraud!!!

So far, disaster! I am waiting for my package since 3 weeks. I don’t even know if I will be able to get it at all! They really have to do something about the delays! It’s one big joke so far!

Just absolute chaos, multiple parcels getting lost or delayed.

Didn't arrive at stated day appears to be stuck at depot. No estimate as to when to expect delivery. Very bad.

I regret I'm not able to score any lower than 1 star. Everytime I see a package is shipping with Hermes my heart sinks. I know it's going to get to the local depot quickly, then sit there for weeks. I wish people wouldn't use them.

Werry bad company. Exactly I dont understand why this company still exists couple times I nothing told. But this company oready lost my 3 or 4 package. And I am tired you and layers and thieves. If amazon show me oready my package take the driver but here you said his still in your place. But I think you take or lost my package. Thieves!!!!!!! I am not surprised mabye 3 or 4 times then my delivery come to this company delivery never to come to me . In the amazon they show me is oready in car here is still with you. You are horrible company and I dont understand why this company still working. Because for then I see I am not first person not happy you need to be close long time ago. Hopefully you be soon closed. Because how many times I lost my package you need to be exsisted at oll. Layers and thieves!!!!!!
