Says left with neighbour on here, no card or ref as to where, immediate neighbours don't have it, which I confirmed with my ring doorbell. Still trying to locate it. Gift for my wife, cheers hermes, good to see you still have only top flight delivery employees.

The worst parcel delivery firm ever pidgin's could do better

Courier left my parcel outside flat door because i was not at home, and my romanian downstairs neighbours stole it.. i 1000% know that. Contacted hermes, got no apology or even a refund, because the courier named (Satish Beware) admitted that he left it outside. I would never ever use this company, but i can't stop who the sender uses.

I had a courier named Satish, who left my package outside my flat door, which i have no letter box as theyre outside. i was actually out at the time. And my downstairs neighbours stole it i know that 100% So beware of this courier he is totally Inept.

The driver lied he stated there was no access to my front door as no drive way I am in a ground floor flat with steps he never even came to my door he walked to the bottom of the steps then turned round and left the parcel is for my greatgrandson and I am still waiting for delivery

Not impressed with this company at all still waiting for my parcel to he delivered it's been over a week and its still in transit. Just to make note I ordered a parcel from this company 3 years ago, it never showed.

Tracking number provided waste of time, due to arrive Saturday by 8.00pm waited in all day nothing, now saying Sunday - Wednesday a complete f—king joke !!!!!!!

I am travelling abroad on 6 October, please do every effort to receive my parcel before I leave. You need to go something about your delivery system, all your reviews are so bad

Would give 0 star if possible. How can a delivery company not find an address 3 times when everyone else finds it easily. If I had known Hermes would deliver I would not have ordered - have now had to cancel and have to spend time resourcing another order.

Very bad service. Not correct information for my delivered package. I was searching around and couldn't find it. Because they said is on secure location...on the road. Ridiculous. Very bad service. One more time we are disappointed.

It is a wonder this service is still running. Several times this year I have ordered products from Amazon to be told delivery date and then get messaged to say it’s on hold because a delivery attempt was made and failed. Each of these times I have been in waiting. Well it’s just not good enough so each time it happens I cancel the order as payment for my waisted time!
