Tracking number provided waste of time, due to arrive Saturday by 8.00pm waited in all day nothing, now saying Sunday - Wednesday a complete f—king joke !!!!!!!

I am travelling abroad on 6 October, please do every effort to receive my parcel before I leave. You need to go something about your delivery system, all your reviews are so bad

Would give 0 star if possible. How can a delivery company not find an address 3 times when everyone else finds it easily. If I had known Hermes would deliver I would not have ordered - have now had to cancel and have to spend time resourcing another order.

Very bad service. Not correct information for my delivered package. I was searching around and couldn't find it. Because they said is on secure location...on the road. Ridiculous. Very bad service. One more time we are disappointed.

It is a wonder this service is still running. Several times this year I have ordered products from Amazon to be told delivery date and then get messaged to say it’s on hold because a delivery attempt was made and failed. Each of these times I have been in waiting. Well it’s just not good enough so each time it happens I cancel the order as payment for my waisted time!

Have been waiting for a parcel thats never arrived.last update on tracking says they are processing it at there hub and that was 9 days ago.no movement since.

company doesn't take it seriously, they put it as delivered and disappear with their product

It appears as delivered, but the product was not delivered to my home

Very poor service. Two consecutive days wasted for a parcel supposed to arrive yesterday saying Delivery attempted. Today same story. No one as actually turned up as checked CCTV. Do not order anything from comfy night as they keep using Hermes UK for delivery and Hermes UK is extremely unreliable. Also same story for a similar item was ordered in January but never arrived.

CONSTANT PROBLEMS, PACKAGES ARE LOST CONSTANTLY!!!!

Received a message to say delivery had been attempted but no one in, we were in and our cameras showed no one called at the time stated. Have now received a message from seller to say they’ve been informed that the item has been mislaid and are issuing me a refund.

according to the tracking number, I was supposed to receive my package today, from 13.00 to 15.00. I stayed at home all day and waited, but I did not receive anything, the courier did not come. H01N5A0088021512

Again, didn't receive the parcel....

Bad ever company you wait for weeks

They deliver somewhere else instead of at original address! I missed my parcel! Irresponsible service
