Left parcel in the open on a door step on a public street. Then describe it as a 'secure porch'. Even their own photo contradicts this. Stolen! Is this worth even one star?

Worst courier ever. Just lie all the time about delivery’s.

Hermes advise that they attempted delivery. At home all day and I or my dogs didn't hear anything!!

Awful service, my parcels never arrive when the supplier choose this carrier. Always causes hassle.

The Hermes driver NEVER rings the doorbell. My parcel was left in the pouring rain on my doorstep. My parcel was an electric blanket. The outside packaging was ripped and absolutely soaked therefore water had got inside! In the past I had a parcel delivered for no.2, we are no 21. I've also picked up 2 parcels off the road and handed them into the post office as they weren't for anyone in our cul-de-sac!

Totally unwilling to help. Don’t call the phone number, don’t let in the place on the side, just give up in the first minimum obstacle and blame the same first thing they can think up. Awful.

Not happy at all. Package was delivered to a safe place. However, no note or indication as to its location!!!

How do ypu break a bed sofa and loose it then loose the second one,but deliver plastic edging that was opened prior to arriving. Your a disgrace to the delivery services!! I'll never buy anything that is going to be delivered by this company again. You loose them but expect the seller to refund me. I dont want to leave one star but have to to expose the lack of care by this company.

Said item delivered through letterbox when it wasn't. Why do any companies use them to deliver goods when they are useless?
