Tracking says my parcel is at main hub since Sept 11, no sign of it moving . How is this company still in business????

Never received my parcel

Hermes delivered two dining chairs but not the dining table cannot find out what is happening

They said it was delivered when it clearly wasn't

experience has always been good,

I didn't receive my parcel but they said that it was delivered .

Says delivered with a neighbour and doesn't say where or leave any card at my door, no contact from the company this it the worst delivery service I have ever seen and its all the time.

Hermes delivery rubbish west of time. I did my order 2 time but it wasn’t arriving at my home

The courier apparently left the parcel in my black bin. This was not an instruction I had left with Evri (I generally prefer not to have to retrieve my parcels from amongst mouldy packets and decaying food), and, as s/he didn't even leave a card to indicate this had been done, the parcel ended up being taken by the bin collectors. Judging by the photo of this, that I got from the "Live Chat", the bin was in the street at the time awaiting collection, rather than on my property. I can't even be sure that the photo actually shows my bin at all...

A parcel was allegedly delivered to my address two weeks ago. It is nowhere to be found and no card was put through my letterbox to indicate where it was placed. Attempts to contact the company to find out where it was were met with silence, and the sender is also in the dark. A one-star review seems almost complimentary under the circumstances.
