Absolutely disgusted with hermes ie evri i was due a parcel last week still waiting on it its important as its my daughters school bag she starts school tomorrow 5th sept 2023 an still not had my parcel so i guess ill have to buy another bag till i receive the other one

5 items from Hermes. Received none. Not even delivered to my address. Worst useless company ever. Always read who delivery company is before you buy

Tracking number off Amazon just says they are waiting for it?? Wasn’t it scanned, is system broke, why is feedback meaningless.

I ordered a de waltz tool box’s with 30 power tools The deliver note says it was delivered through the letter box. Which is not possible. I still do not have the goods

Parcel always late , or not at all.

A courier was today before my driveway. Wasn’t even knocking to my doorstep. I was at home and saw it through the window. And I get a message on my email that Delivery attempted maybe next working day. That’s a really great show.

Really bad I don't know why people still use them. Still waiting for a delivery, a whole week late now and still says it's at there hub. Rubbish

Said they attempted to deliver the parcels but driveway was inaccessible. That is just BS. Been waiting for over a week for this delivery. Giving them one start is generous.

Tracking says a parcel was delivered to 'our outbuilding'. We do not have an outbuilding, so the tracking was a blatant lie.

Late late late! Tracking number says hasnt even been picked up! Jokers!

I dont want to give you one star. Disgusting company with no morals. Managed to break a bed sitee in transit and now having to be returned to sender. Posted my other goods into another building sent a pic. Took a pic of my building nothing like mine. They loose my parcel but I've to contact the seller?? Are you lot for real!! This company needs shut down its the worst delivery service out there.

Parcel is twp weeks late and 'received ay parcel box' along with two other orders from same seller, both now also running days late. No other info available on any of them. Absolute joke, get your act together!
